Let’s put it this way: if every business was as good as this one, our society would be totally different! I have never, and I mean, never, had a business be this responsive. Reasonable, efficient, and responsive… What more could you ask for?

I contacted Misha 2 days ago. Before I knew it, I had uploaded and texted to him several photos of my trees that needed trimming. He knew exactly what was needed, and an appointment was set. Today, his team arrived as scheduled. They were fast, efficient, and clean, and they hauled away all of the debris. My trees not only look so much better, but I believe this will make a positive impact on their health. Misha is really nice, accommodating, and offers an excellent value. I would recommend them to everyone and will gladly use them again.

The HOA had been bugging me to trim my tree so I called up Vegas Best Tree Services. 2 hours later the owner, Misha, came to my house. He gave me a fair estimate and then trimmed my tree within 30 minutes. Fair price, quick, and good quality.

I contacted Vegas Best Tree Service at about 4:30pm. I spoke to the owner, Mischa and he said that he was in the area and could stop by within the hour. His bid was almost the same as other bids that I received but I went with him because I liked him. I trusted that his crew would do a good job. I have ten trees to trim and do it every year so I know what to expect. His crew showed up on time which is a good sign. They spent all day and did everything that was necessary. Other tree services that I have used specify the scope of their work. Only remove a certain percent of the tree, won’t cut branches over a certain size, won’t shape the tree, etc. Vegas Best didn’t give me any of those limitation, however, I didn’t get a written bid and if I did there may have been some of those boilerplate limitations. Regardless, his crew did everything that was needed and I can say without question it was far beyond what other tree companies have done for me in the past. Everyone has different expectations but I can absolutely say that his crew far exceeded my expectations.
